Accessibility Statement
Effective: February 1, 2026·Last revised: August 3, 2026
ACESTONE CAPITAL GROUP LLC, a New York limited liability company doing business as AceStone Capital Group, with its principal office at 14 Wall Street, Floor 20, New York, NY 10005, together with its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, "AceStone", the "Firm", "we", "us" or "our"), is committed to maintaining acestonecapitalgroup.com (the "Site") as an accessible digital environment for all users, including persons with disabilities.
1. Commitment
AceStone works to align the Site with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended ("ADA"), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and applicable state and local accessibility laws, so that the Site is usable by individuals with visual, auditory, motor and cognitive disabilities.
Accessibility is considered across the lifecycle of the Site, including design, development, testing, deployment and ongoing maintenance, rather than as a one-time exercise.
2. Scope
This Statement applies to the public-facing acestonecapitalgroup.com website operated by the Firm. It does not govern third-party websites, platforms or services that may be linked from or referenced on the Site, each of which is controlled by its respective operator and subject to that operator's own accessibility practices.
3. Conformance Target
The Site is designed and reviewed against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines ("WCAG") 2.1 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium. This is a target rather than a certification; conformance is assessed on an ongoing basis and may vary across individual pages or components.
As technology and industry practices evolve, the Firm may review future versions of WCAG or other recognized accessibility standards and adjust its practices accordingly. Nothing in this Statement constitutes a representation of certification, audit outcome or guaranteed conformance.
4. Implemented Measures
- semantic HTML structure supporting screen readers and assistive technologies;
- ARIA roles, labels and attributes where native semantics are insufficient;
- descriptive alternative text for meaningful images;
- full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators;
- color contrast reviewed against WCAG 2.1 Level AA thresholds; and
- responsive layouts tested across a range of devices and screen sizes.
5. Review Methodology
Accessibility reviews of the Site may include:
- automated accessibility testing;
- keyboard-only navigation testing;
- screen-reader or assistive-technology spot checks; and
- manual review of representative pages and components.
The scope and depth of any particular review depend on the nature of the page, component or change under evaluation.
6. Ongoing Review and Continuous Release
Accessibility is treated as a continuing obligation. The Firm incorporates accessibility into its design and development process, remediates identified barriers as practicable, and updates this Statement as standards and technologies evolve.
Accessibility is likewise considered when new pages are added to the Site, when new features are introduced and when major website updates are deployed.
7. Third-Party Content
Certain third-party content, plug-ins or applications embedded in or linked from the Site are not within the Firm's control. The Firm engages with its providers to encourage accessible implementations and addresses identified issues as promptly as practicable.
8. Reasonable Accommodations
If you require information in an alternative format or assistance in accessing the Site or the Firm's services, contact us using the details in Section 9 and we will work with you to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative.
9. Feedback and Contact
9.1 We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Site. Accessibility inquiries are routed to a designated representative of the Firm responsible for coordinating review and response. Please report any barrier you encounter to:
